Bearpath Golf & Country Club

Everything about this venue is amazing! When I booked this venue, I had to contact another golf course in the same area to tell them we would no longer be coming for a tour as we had booked with Beapath. The first thing the lady said was "Katie and Kim will take excellent care of you!" Kim is awesome to work with! She is so easy to talk to and answers calls/emails in a very timely manner. The wedding fair that Bearpath puts on themselves at the site is incredible!!! It was well-worth the money and helped my family and I put so many thoughts and ideas together. Our special day was perfect! The grounds is gorgeous! My favorite part of the venue is the wrap around patio that worked perfectly for our early July wedding. Our guests enjoyed the patio all evening as well as the additional bar we had set up on the patio. Kim and her staff were extremely accommodating for special needs that we had with family members who are in wheelchairs. The venue is very handicapped accessible which was great! The food was absolutely amazing!! We have had so many compliments from guests about the venue and food. I would highly recommend this venue! We had the most amazing experience with Bearpath, even while planning a wedding during a pandemic. Kim and Katie and their staff were out of this world helpful and kind. They made every detail go so smoothly and did not miss a beat! The food for our groom's dinner and wedding was FANTASTIC. All of the food was cooked perfectly and warm to all guests when served. We even had some guests say the top sirloin was the best steak they have ever had! Outside from the amazing food and vendors that Bearpath partners with, the venue itself is breathtakingly beautiful. There were so many opportunities for pictures, and we definitely took advantage of that! We had our wedding in September 2020 and we had the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dance outside. Having the dance outside was a DREAM - so much fun and just beautiful. Our guests really enjoyed being outside as it was a beautiful day. This venue is perfect for an outdoor wedding (however, dinner was inside due to the number of our guests). The bridal suite was perfect for 10 girls to get ready in - plenty of space and the bridal breakfast and brunch was perfect and had a great assortment. They were very fair with their pricing across the board and made sure to not over-charge on anything. We ended up actually receiving a refund check from Bearpath as our actual wedding day numbers were slightly less than what we anticipated when we paid our full payment 3 days before the wedding. As a very type-A person myself, I did not worry about a single thing on my wedding day as I knew Bearpath had it all managed and taken care of. I was able to truly live in the moment and enjoy my wedding day. I cannot say enough good things about Bearpath - I hope someone else can read this and have just as amazing of an experience as I did! My husband and I recently had our wedding at Bearpath and we were more than happy with our decision to use them for our venue!! Not only is their clubhouse absolutely stunning, but their outdoor space with the beautifully potted plants, large trees, and white pergola is exactly what we were looking for. It was picture perfect. As for the planning, Katie and Kim were extremely helpful with providing the wedding of our dreams. They were very creative with finding ways to make our wedding both safe and “as normal feeling” as possible during covid. They took a big stress off our shoulders by walking us through various options of layouts, decor ideas, and vendor recommendations during our planning process. We decided to use their recommended bakery, Buttercream, for our cake and it was absolutely delicious. We also went with their recommended DJ, instant request, and were blown away. Our DJ knew how to keep the party going all night long and people had a blast. We are so grateful to have had the recommendation! All in all, Brycen and I couldn’t be more thankful for our experience at Bearpath. The coordinators are so good at what they do and can bring any vision to life. We could not have been happier with choosing Bearpath for our wedding venue. We had both our ceremony and reception there and everything was perfect. Kim and Katie worked so hard to make our day exactly like we wanted and they did a great job. I loved having our wedding at Bearpath. Kim and Katie were great to work with and so helpful during the entire process. Having them there the day of the wedding to set up made it so we could relax and enjoy our entire day. The grounds were perfect we truly couldn't have asked for a better day. We had rain in the morning and at one point I saw the staff soaking up puddles with towels before our ceremony! The food was fantastic and I was very thankful for how many options they have that you can add on. It made my entire planning process simple! Michelle T
