Wedding Date: September 9, 2017
A shimmering façade for a gorgeous fall wedding. Jack and Ali “fell in love” with the Lafayette Club space immediately from its grandeur, which was only heightened by their décor that day. Slight golden and pearl accents adorned the already glowing hall, Ali going for a “timeless” look whilst avoiding easily-fading trends. The sun shone brightly upon the ceremony, calm and pleasant enough for an alter of candles and florals to stay put behind the couple as they recited their vows. Adding to the classic theme, guests were greeted with a ‘20s-style poster of the two as they entered the reception, as well as a guestbook table devoted to family members’ past wedding portraits. As a final nod to past generations, mini jars of Grandma’s pickles were given as parting gifts. With the help of loved ones and times before, Jack and Ali carved out their own little piece of history.
