Hello! I am Anna the owner of Lily & Sparrow Bakery. With a passion for baking and the eagerness to learn more about this industry, I attended Saint Paul College's Pastry and Baking program where I learned valuable skills that allowed me to launch my business after graduation. Since my first order for a friend's grad party in 2021, I have loved baking for weddings, birthdays, and every event in between. "Beauty in simplicity" is the phrase that I've leaned into throughout my business journey. It's easy for a delicious, moist cupcake to get lost under too much decoration and too many competing flavors. So, by toning things down a little and adding some sparkly sprinkles to a frosted cupcake, the true flavor and experience shines through.
