Studio C Floral
Wearing your florals is a growing trend, and Christi Poppler of Studio C Floral is leading the way with innovative accessories. “The wearables started out as a creative COVID project with my daughter Lily, the photographer, and actually ended up being her senior project,” says Poppler. “She wanted to showcase some of the many cultures represented at her school.” After consulting with everyone participating in the shoot, they came up with floral pieces that best represented their heritages by using botanicals indigenous to their respective countries and fashioned them in styles like those traditionally worn in their regions. Poppler and her daughter enjoyed the project so much that they have continued creating and photographing other wearables, such as these earrings made of Spider Man Grevillea.
