Katie and Danny's engagement shoot, captured by Joe & Jen Photography, is full of romance and Minneapolis charm. I love when a couple includes their city in their wedding photos/celebration. With the iconic Grainbelt sign in the background, these photos are perfect for a true Minnesotan couple. I also have to note that I am in love with the bride-to-be's Carrie Bradshaw-esque tulle skirt.

This city-chic downtown engagement session was inspired by the couple’s flair for modern elegance. We decided that bridge-hopping would create a perfect setting for their shoot, since Danny proposed to Katie on the Third Street bridge overlooking the cityscape and the river. The couple’s wedding will be held next October at a timeless downtown Minneapolis venue, The Depot.
