I'll admit, if you had approached me while I was planning my wedding and asked me if I'd considered wearing black, I probably would have looked at you like you had six heads. When it comes to regular evening attire, I sit firmly in the classic black camp, but black on my wedding day somehow didn't feel right. Flash forward to two years later as I sit here, wide-eyed, pouring over the gorgeous impact a black wedding gown can make (...just search for "Black Wedding Gown" on Pinterest, I dare you). I think it's safe to say I could have been persuaded to drop my dream of white had one of those Vera Wang numbers been on the table. My new take on black bridal gowns?
